Energy FlowMondays 6:00-6:45am at  P.O.M. (Peace of Mind) Platteville, WI 

What better way to start your week than this body sculpting class.  Using our body weight, no additional weights! tone, tighten, strengthen and lengthen! 

Postural Flow- e/o Tuesday 6:00-6:45am P.O.M.

Class is slower flow. Heated room. Holding poses for a longer periods to create more length, blanance and strength.


PIYO- Wednesdays 8:30 am- 9:30 am at P.O.M. (Peace of Mind) Platteville, WI 

Pilates and Yoga combination for a complete mind body experience. We become centered within ourselves all while sculpting all of the large muscles of the body. Starting with a balanced core will lead you to a balanced spirit. You will leave this class ready to venture out in your day feeling stronger and more at peace within yourself and your surroundings. 


HOT Yoga Wednesdays 12:00-12:45, Thursday's 5:30 pm- 6:30pm & Saturdays 7:30a-8:30a & 9:30-10:30am at P.O.M. (Peace of Mind) Platteville, WI

For all levels this class will make you feel completely rejuvenated. Focusing on how to deal with the stress in our everyday life and how to find peace within ourselves. Elongating our bodies while holding different poses to work on our balance.  Opening up our tense muscle and practice letting go. You will find contentment and a calmness we are all seeking.


Dancing Yogi's- Tuesday's 8:15 am @ Tristate Fitness & Friday's 6:00-7 am @ P.O.M. (Peace of Mind) Platteville, WI

A combination of dance, stretching and meditation all in this fun filled calorie burning workout. You will leave feeling balanced physically, mentally and stronger inside and out. This class is for all levels.


Beginner Yoga- Thursdays 8:15-9 am@Tristate Fitness for everyone. A slow flow into the beginer steps of your yoga practice. For all levels.


Faith- Filled Yoga-  Every other Sunday 4:00-5:00pm @ POM

This calming mind body experience will connect your center with your spirit. We gently flow to the music of Christian singing. We will work on balance and core strength while lengthening our muscles.

Who needs boring cardio when you can spice it up with this easy to follow hip hop dance class? Only four easy to follow moves per song makes you become a calorie burning machine. The fun you experience in this class is priceless and for ALL LEVELS. Expect to burn 600 plus calories without even knowing! EXAMPLE HERE

My favorite class and how I fell in love with group fitness! This class will make you feeling bada$$ while throwing punches and kicks from the core. I will teach you how to not only shred calories but also how to defend yourself!  I call this a “sweaty ponytail” class because the calorie burn can be 600 or more! 

KIDS DANCE AND YOGA- Pop Up classes available contact Addie : YOGA SUNDAYS in FEBRUARY @ P.O.M.

Addie has found her own children experiencing the benefits of dancing and stretching. Not only with their physical health but their mentality as well. They feel confident and free when they are moving their bodies to the beat. All while having fun! When finished your child will be feeling happy and excited for the ventures ahead of them!
