Almond Butter Shrimp

UH- MAZ- ING!


Almond Butter Shrimp

1 12 Oz bag of Frozen Shrimp

1 Bag of riced cauliflower

1 Bag of frozen broccoli

Sesame Oil

Everything but the bagel season- you find now at Walmart and Trader Joes

Use a large pan on the stove on medium heat.

Coat pan with Sesame Oil

Add in the Shrimp, broccoli and cauliflower rice. Top with the seasoning. Saute this around until tender.

NOW ADD IN THE SAUCE!!

IN A BLENDER OR BULLET ADD:

2 TBS soy sauce

2 TBS almond butter 

2 TBS sesame oil

1 garlic clove

¼ C water

½ TBS siracha

1 TBS of Everything But the Bagel Season

1 TBS Pure Maple syrup (can use honey I suppose)

Dash of salt and pepper

And BLEND!

Dump this in the hot dish and stir well. Let simmer about 15 minutes on low!

SO GOOD!!!
