Cauliflower Patties

It has been brought to my attention by a few of you faithful followers that I have totes forgot to post this recipe!! They are so so good!! Like a tortilla if you will…
Microwave a head of cauliflower chopped and cleaned for 8 minutes – let dry out on paper towels for a bit…
Chop it up even a little more (like hashbrowns even)
In a large bowl mix
The chopped cauliflower
1 egg
1/4-1/2 C of CARBQUIK or ALMOND FLOUR (depends on how much you need to patty it start with less and add more)
Salt and pepper and BASIL to taste ( tsp or so)
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Now lay out parchment paper on cookie sheet and patty these out …bake at 425 for about 15 minutes then flip: bake another 15 or so- less or more as I like them crisp!
Depending on how many you get I am saying 3 good size for a green 1/2 blue 1/4 yellow
Eat alone or eat with some taco meat on them…egg salad… so many ways to eat these ! They wont disappoint
