🙋♀️How very much I wished I would have known that my weekend "binges" were totally keeping me from my very best self that I knew deep down I could be! ☹️Losing my lb's during the week , only to gain them ALL BACK and then some by Monday morning.
🤓Then repeat the cycle over and over for years? I did eventually lose the 85 pounds then 50 pounds after my second set of twins but I feel if I had only known this SOONER I could have saved a lot of blood, sweat and tears fighting against the enjoyment of the weekend.
🍩It was always about the food for me. It was TOTAL SPLURGE all you can EAT buffet, like ALL weekend long.🍿🎂🍭🍦
🧘♀️Until I changed my mindset is when the real progress happened.
🤔How? Try this 3 minute affirmation/ meditation to start your weekend days. Friday- Sunday and just see how EASY THIS CAN BE. How you don't even have to think about it or try. Eat what you want when you want and FEEL GOOD about it!! You will know when to stop, what foods serve you and what don't. You will want to get outside and enjoy your life and honor your body by doing exercises you love!
