Egg Roll in a Bowl
Egg roll in a bowl!—LOVE THIS
Drizzle olive oil in large pan on stove
Add in
1 cup broccoli
1 onion chopped
1 C snap peas chopped
1 small can water chestnuts
1 bag of shredded cabbage slaw
2 large carrots chopped
1 carton of mushrooms chopped
1 large green pepper chopped
1 lb of lean ground beef (break it up best you can )
Keep sautéing around until beef is cooked
Add
1tsp of ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ C soy sauce
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1-2 TBS of honey
1tsp truvia or stevia
2-3 tbs of cashews (optional but amazing)
Let simmer for about 10 minutes
I am calling this as

1 red
1 green
1tsp—I am counting this for the few cashews and for the bit of honey
