🎃What's cookin good lookin?
🎃Although my cooking class was a bust this semester (not enough peeps signed up to run it, very last minute on getting info out) I am still going to try to help you with SIMPLICITY in your life of eating and feeding the family. (Class will be offered again!)
🎃Staples for us almost every week...
🎃Make ahead on Sunday or literally throw together during the week (it is so simple). Don't feel overwhelmed by cooking, don't think you have to make new exciting and difficult foods each week.
🎃We eat almost the same thing during the week (Monday- Thursday). Then, on the weekends we spice it up a bit by either ordering out or taking a bit more time cooking.
🎃Again, I can NOT stress enough that perfection is not the answer here. Just do your BEST! That is all. It should be fun, feel good and NOT be OVERWHELMING at all! If it is then STOP!
🎃Same with the workouts....You can see that we are not planned out much here, we just kind of go with it. Maybe you can play this on the tube for your kiddos too and you all can get moving together!
🎃Play one each day or play em all....WHATEVER YOU'RE FEELING INSPIRED TO DO IS WHAT YOU SHOULD DO!
