Don’t diss em until you try em! I add these to almost all of my meals. I top on my salads and in my wraps and more. Kale has so many benefits, including powerful antioxidants to keep your immune system strong, a great source of vitamin C and K and can help lower cholesterol which can in turn reduce the risk of heart disease.
Turn on your stove to 425 degrees.
Use a cookie sheet and line with parchment paper or a silicon mat. Lay out about 3 cups of your organic and cleaned Kale. Pick out the stems you might see. Now drizzle with Olive oil and a little salt and pepper. If you have Everything But the bagel seasoning add that too! Toss it around a little to coat all of the Kale. Bake about 10 minutes until turns crisp. Serve right away to have crispy or store in fridge and eat later. It won’t be as crisp but still good!
It is all about the sauce on top though! I either dip this or just drizzle on top...
Blend this for an amazing sauce!
2TBS olive oil
¼ C MAYO
3 tbs water
1 TBS Ebb season
2 TBS Dijon mustard
