Low Sugar Pulled BBQ Pork
In my crock or insta pot I put a large pork loin or beef or whatever you want for BBQ meat.
THE SAUCE:
Inspired by a Pinterest post:
Add this right in the pot with your meat
16 oz of tomato sauce
½ C Apple Cider Vinager
½ C of Truvia or natural sugar substitute
2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBS paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
I let this cook about 6-8 hours on low – pull your meat apart if you wish for the pulled sandwich …serve on this bun https://healthyhairdresseraddie.com/2018/02/16/vegetable-bagel-bun/

¾ C for a red – I would say the sauce is so minimal but count as a part of your purple for the day!
OR just make this sauce and store in fridge instead of the store bough sugary stuff
