MINI workout FOR YOU! (we all start somewhere)
We do you guys! WE ALL START SOMEWHERE! And just because we are not running marathons and benching 200 lbs we can still start! When I mean start I mean start SUPER DUPER SMALL! WHY? Because, when we start with unrealistic goals WE QUIT them! WE QUIT THEM!!!! We don't want to quit before we start do we? NO!! SO let's be realistic this week...let's start small and dream big!
