Need some Motivation?

It is Sunday night. Snowy. We are in the midst of winter. February seems long. I get it! It is very dreary and dark out today. We had to cancel class due to weather tonight...and I am feeling a bit bummed.

I lost almost 100 pounds. I know how hard this is. I know how easy it is to make excuses. To stay in bed when it is dark. I know how hard it is to make yourself just do it! You have every single right to want to sleep in. You have every right to be too cold, too tired, too sick, too drained.....too this or that.. I have been their my friend. I have been there! It took SO, SO, SO, SO, SO much discipline and not giving up to get me where I am today.


I too wanted to stay in bed. I too had sick kids. I too was sick. I too was tired, cold, busy...the list went on.....

BUT- I knew what I wanted and I wanted it so badly that I never let any of that bullshit get in my way...


I wanted to be healthy. I wanted to have energy. I wanted to teach my kids that without health nothing else matters. I wanted to feel GOOD about ME. I wanted less stress. I wanted more time to LIVE this beautiful life. I. WANTED. MORE.


So- I ditched the excuses once and for all... I decided it was time and I JUST DID IT!
