So good and SO very easy!
In a large bowl mix together:
3 Cups of oats
1 C of milk of choice ( I use Almond Milk)
1 C vanilla greek yogurt ( I use Greek Oikos yogurt)
A dash of cinnamon
1 tsp of Truvia or any sugar substitute
Pour this into a muffin tin and top each with berries of choice. I like to use blueberries. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and enjoy!
This is a great breakfast combination with a mix of carbohydrates and protein combined to keep you fuller longer and have the energy you need to get through your busy morning!
