****IF I CAN GIVE YOU ANY ADVICE— GET OFF THE DAMN scale…..


PLEASE get off the scale-!!! THIS IS NOT A WAY to monitor success- this is not a way to value yourself or your body- so throw that thing away or put it away!!! Maybe once in a great while but not every day not even weekly- ok?? IT MEANS NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!


*how do your clothes fit?


*how is your energy level?


*how is your mood?


*how do you feel?


these are great ways to monitor- THE SCALE IS NOT!!!!!!


(Yes when we do a cleanse and start new programs ok- but not daily you guys- not weekly – got it??)


DO NOT PUT ALL YOUR MONEY ON THE SCALE — I REPEAT DO NOT PUT ALL YOUR MONEY ON THE SCALE!!!! IT is B.S. And honestly= some scales are totally off and totally wrong- so just stop! (Obviously there are times we need to weigh in but again- dont make it a habit!)


NO ONES SELF VALUE SHOULD BE PUT IN A NUMBER.
