❤️Why I Keep things Incredibly Simple for you on Your Health And Wellness Journey?
Because, I write to you every day from experience. I have done it. We are all different beings. We all have different bodies, minds and souls.
❤️One thing I do know that we have in common is that we are best when we do things with the least resistance. That is, we are more apt to stick with healthy habits when they are incredibly simple and easily understood. Easy and almost FUN to follow. Yes, I said fun. Life should be fun. This should not be a constant struggle that weighs heavy on your mind.
❤️Yesterday, I was at the pool. I had a flashback of those years where I HATED wearing a swimsuit. Like, dreaded it. Now I wear my suit with the most confidence I have ever had in my life. Why? Not because I am thin or have the "perfect body" (what does that even mean anyway?
❤️Because, I know that I am doing MY very BEST! I have fallen in love with myself during the process. I am proud of the scars, the dimples and the sagginess that didn't exist in my 20's (lol). I am happy and proud of it all. Kevin said to me, "So, are you ever gonna get out of the suit and put some clothes on?" I was in the suit ALL DAY LONG (camping). It was hot and I was comfortable. So, then, why not?
❤️STOP LOOKING OUTSIDE OF YOURSELF FOR HAPPINESS. PLEASE STOP MAKING THIS A DIFFICULT THING. FALL IN LOVE WITH YOU, FIRST. DO YOUR BEST. TAKE THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE AND THEN SIT BACK AND WATCH HOW SIMPLE THIS CAN REALLY BE.❤️
